Factory View The advantages of SiC ceramic lined metal composite pipe are as follows: There are essential differences between Shandong Zhongpeng SiC ceramic lining pipe and traditional steel pipe, wear-resistant alloy cast steel pipe, cast stone pipe and steel, rubber pipe and so on. The outer layer of the lined ceramic pipe is steel, and the inner layer is silicon carbide ceramic. The new Mohs hardness of SiC is as high as 13. The wear resistance is more than 30 times higher than that of ordinary carbon steel pipe. 1. High strength: steel body of different materials can be used for the outer wall of composite steel pipe according to different needs. Under the support of outer wall steel pipe, the high strength requirements of each process are fully met. 2. High wear resistance: silicon carbide ceramics with high temperature resistance, wear resistance and corrosion resistance are used on the inner wall of steel pipe, so the product has excellent comprehensive performance. 3. High corrosion resistance: made of new silicon carbide material, it can be widely used in places containing acid, alkali and salt. 4. High bonding strength: the matrix of the composite is made of organic polymer. On the basis of inorganic ceramics as reinforcing agent, the bonding is carried out under the environment of specific temperature, pressure and appropriate vacuum. At the same time, with the inner wall of the steel pipe, the peeling strength can reach 14-16 MP, which is more than 100 times of the ordinary lining pipe. 5. Heat resistance: This product can be used in 1300 ℃ for a long time. It can be as high as 1380 degrees. This product is widely used in environmental protection, electric power, chemical industry, metallurgy, mining and other industries. It is an ideal substitute for special alloy metal pipe under special working conditions. In the transportation of special wear-resistant materials or corrosive materials, the pipeline will be damaged too fast, and the elbow wear is the fastest. At present, the practice of dozens of thermal power plants using high wear-resistant ceramic lined steel pipe in our company shows that the ceramic lined steel pipe has strong wear resistance and fluid erosion resistance.
